FAQ

What types of games do you work on?

We are the official in-house repair of Bandai Namco. We work predominantly on those titles and have access to OEM parts; our expert technicians are fully equipped to service and repair arcade cabinets and games from all other major manufacturers.

What types of repairs do you handle?

Speedy’s primary focus is on CPU and PCB repair. We can also service other parts like lightguns and printers.  We do not take full cabinets. If you have an item that is not a PCB or Computer, feel free to contact us with details.

What if you can’t fix my game?

If it is unrepairable we can either send it back unrepaired or scrap it at our facility.

Where do you operate out of?

We are located in Itasca, IL. We are just outside the city of Chicago.

What is the repair process like?

The first step is to submit a repair request, once you submit it we will send you a Repair Authorization form with instructions for you to send the part in, once your part arrives and is processed, our technicians will evaluate the item to determine the issue. A team member will then contact you with the diagnosis and a cost estimate.

Do I have to mail my part to you?

Yes, all parts must be sent to our facility, as we do not make house calls. Alternatively, if you are local to the area, you are welcome to drop off your part and pick it up in person once it is ready.
